Laurel's first pole experience was at a bachelorette party and she signed up for classes after discovering what a great full body workout it is! 6 years later she decided to open her own pole and fitness studio. Laurel's first pole experience was at a bachelorette party and she signed up for classes after discovering what a great full body workout it is! 6 years later she decided to open her own pole and fitness studio. She teaches Intro to Pole to help others get started on their own pole journeys and focuses on combos and strength building. She also created Pole Drills, a class which will train you to breathe through different strength holds and transitions. She is also a certified STRONG by Zumba instructor which is a full cardio and strength training workout that incorporates some martial arts, all choreographed to music with great beats. Laurel also enjoys training martial arts in her spare time and has a blue belt in kickboxing and jiu jitsu.
Tasha fell in love with pole 4 years ago and knew that she wanted to teach when she discovered how fun and challenging the sport can be. Her classes focus on building strength, learning fun spins and short choreos to help you put all your moves together. Prior to becoming an instructor she also competed in mud races/obstacle courses and trained martial arts with a yellow belt in kung fu. With a mixture of all different workout styles and teaching techniques she can get you on your way to higher levels and make you smile as you enjoy your beginning in pole.
Jesslyn began pole dancing 5 years ago after trying it out at a bachelorette party and finding herself hooked! Prior to pole dancing, Jesslyn came from a background of dance & figureskating and has also been practicing yoga for over 10 years. Her classes focus on healthy stretching and building strength & flexibility for your pole journey.

Her years of experience and training allows her to teach safe pole dancing techniques and professionally spot students in any level of class. She offers a fun and non-judgmental atmosphere for students to come and learn the art of pole dancing, work on their goals, gain strength and express themselves.
Callie started pole dancing in 2015, after admiring the athleticism and beauty of the art for many years. She began pole with an extensive background in competitive gymnastics, and many years experience in acro and breakdancing. Callie quickly became passionate for pole dance, and has since performed across southern Ontario, and has compe
Callie started pole dancing in 2015, after admiring the athleticism and beauty of the art for many years. She began pole with an extensive background in competitive gymnastics, and many years experience in acro and breakdancing. Callie quickly became passionate for pole dance, and has since performed across southern Ontario, and has competed both regionally and nationally. She has most recently won the gold title for semi-pro at the Canadian Pole Fitness Association national championships, 2019. Callie is most drawn towards smooth and flexible low flow, and she has a love for bendy moves, and spin pole. She is excited to share and inspire with tips and tricks for a seamless and liquid style.
